I've always been the person who asks,
"Why are we doing it this way?"

Usually followed by: "There has to be a better way."

I’m Angi, the founder of Honey Bee VA. Long before Honey Bee, I was already doing what I do now. I look beneath the surface, spot patterns, and figure out where things are getting stuck.

My background in fraud investigation, grants, compliance, and financial systems taught me how to follow the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. But what came naturally was noticing the gaps, the unnecessary steps, the bottlenecks, the places where things could flow better.

As I built my first business, I kept seeing the same thing with other business owners: they didn’t just need help getting things done. They needed better systems, more organization, and some of their time back.

Honey Bee grew from that instinct: your business shouldn’t require you to hold every piece together yourself. It should be easier to see the pattern, untangle the friction, and build a better way forward.

I'm here to turn "this is a mess" into "why didn't we do this sooner?"
